Merry Christmas, everybody! Tidings of great joy are best expressed with the help of a diatonic harmonica--in colloquial terms, "wailing"--but on this day we extend our love to all, even those who have never felt that particular joy.
The fam and I are spending this particular holiday in Venice Beach, California, where it has been raining more than sunning. But the son was happy with his presents, and our health is fine. So we are all doing well. Chinese food tonight, I'm guessing. I just googled "places to eat on Christmas Day in Los Angeles" and all of them were for the Beautiful people. We're just folks and will aim a little lower.

Good to see you Adam! I am seeing more and more how our little giant instrument can bring folks together. It's amazing. What better gift than music?!
Jolene and I are in our little rolling home, stationary in Fredericksburg Texas. Amazing year for us and a very nice holiday season. Some nice gifts have appeared here which has been very cool, and our spirits are high as Jolene gets stronger after her bouts with cancer and osteoporosis. In fact the past 2 months we have been playing out to the people around here and it has been really wonderful to spread joy in these weird times.
I am the cook in the family and I'm scoring a lot of points with my bride for a lot of what I attempt to pull odd. All in all we are having the best of times!
The link in to first post is to ELP's I Believe in Father Christmas, tongue in cheek perhaps but the only holiday song we do, and to us a good message as well.
