Just recently I found out about an app called Tonal energy, which is both a tuner as well as a metronome. The tuner part of it, unlike the one Peterson sells, doesn't have the "sweetened tunings" set for harmonicas, but you can adjust the standard pitch on it.
The metronome part of this app, you can not only set up for various time signatures from 4/4 to 5/4 and many others, but from an email that I just received from them, for those who want not only to improve their time, but also get to learn how to play behind the beat (the REAL sound of blues and black music as a general rule) or even ahead of the beat, it will allow you to set up the click (or any other sound you can choose from on the app) on just the 2 and the 4 or even the 1 and the 3, or anything else for different music genres as well.
It's on both Google and Apple stores for $3.99 and actually is cheaper than most inexpensive metronomes but has that adjustable click feature many of them don't have. This feature alone, IMO, is well worth the price.
I'm always on the lookout for stuff like this.
