I ordered reed plates 4 weeks ago.
I have attempted to call, or e mail 15 times in the last 10 days to get a status on my order with ANY responce.
HARP DEPOT SUCKS...!
Never again...!
I don't need this kind of coustomer relations...!

How is it the better business bureau allow harp depot to continue accepting orders? write the BBB an email sirwalter & call your credit card company to cancel payment to harp depot.

Same story. Ripped off of 150$, and tried for months to get a reply.
If you can cancel your payment from your CC company, rush !

They havn't charged my account yet.
They did say they won't charge my account until the order is completed, which I want to cancel but can't contact them either via e mail or phone.
Maybe the BBB is the way to go.
I need a set of reed plated pretty bad but don't want to oreder from another supplier until I get this one canceled.

I second the good report on Rockin Ron, very
quick, seems like good people. Also had success
with Elderly Instrument and Harmonicas and Such,
although the boys here seem to like Ron best.
Keep checking in Sirwalt, there are some real solid
musicians here to steer you around the fast freddys.

also, i had a question about tuning of a perticular harp, and he had an answer to me within a few hours... he is on the ball thats for sure...

I ordered two harps with Rockin Rons at 5:00 Pacific time Saturday.(they are in San Diego). They were at my house Monday morning at 9:00 Central Time. by U.S Postal Service..... Incredible!!!
