In response to a request from a potential customer--I get a couple of such requests a year--I finally took the plunge and created a large zip file (just under 3 gigs) that contains every single video lesson and tab sheet that I've currently got for sale at MBH. The price is $150, a substantial discount from the combined retail price of more than $500.
