I recently got a Masco ME-18 that has been restored pretty much to stock, and it's a feedback monster; I can't turn the volume past 2 (8 o'clock) without it squealing. The description for the Lone Wolf Mojo Pro Deluxe says it reduces feed back from "any and all guitar amps" and "these amplifiers typically have 12ax7 tubes at the output." The ME-18 is hardly a guitar amp (although it can be used as one)and the preamp tube is a 6sj7. Can the Mojo Pro solve my feedback problem? And can anybody tell me how it compares to the Squeal Killer for controlling feedback?

With out the MojoPad Deluxe, my Deville will begin to be feedback prone around 3 on the dial. With the pedal, I was running it at 8 (out of 12) with a hot crystal mic, no volume control, no feedback issue. The pedal could have cut the signal back further if I wanted.
So, I don't know how it will go with your amp but I'll have a lazy 50 on it.
Where you will like it, I don't know. How it would compare to the SK I have no idea. I don't even know the underlying principle for the SK.
The LW Mojo Pad is kinda like turning your mic down, but there is a bit more to it. It's engineered to not cut all frequencies equally so even though you are cutting the signal back, your not killing the mic character. That's what I understand to be the aim at least.
I found it was pretty cool with my HotRod Fender. I'm sure it will address the feed back issue but you'll have to work out the best way to eq your amp and play around to decide whether you like it best with the dark or normal option, and -10 or -20 dB.

@SuperBee - Thank you for your quick response; it's useful information. But I'm really hoping that Nathan from Lone Wolf Blues Co. responds; I'm curious as to why the 12ax7 is mentioned in the description. The 12ax7 has a gain factor of 100; the 6sj7 has a gain factor of 70. I'd like to know if that is what would make a difference.

You might be more likely to get a response by writing them directly. I have found LW fairly responsive to direct contact.

I'm still pretty confident it will work with your amp, which clearly has a high gain structure going on.
In fact, I don't know why I hadn't thought of this before, but I've just realised I can use it with my old ampeg jet. That thing has a 6SL7 pre-amp and it's keen to jump right up into feedback zone. I must give that a try.

Of course I thought I had looked for a way to contact them directly, but I didn't find it. After you said that, I looked again; I didn't realize I had to scroll down! Thanks for the heads up. I called them up and spoke to a guy named Killian (Nathan no longer works there) and he pointed out that they have a money back guarantee, so I might as well just try it.

Cool. Yeah, they are very serious about that guarantee. In fact, I bought my pedal direct from Randy when I was at HCH18. When I came home to Australia I used it one time, then the second time I went to use it there was a problem. I thought it would be a drama trying to claim warranty on a <$60 pedal, with postage etc, so I got in touch and asked about the part I needed. They said don't worry and just sent me a new one.
Similarly, I bought my delay pedal in 2009 and in 2017 it developed a fault in the switch. I took it with me and showed it to Randy... They posted it back to me in Australia, no charge, with a completely new unit inside my old enclosure. When I bought it the warranty was only 5 years but it's now 10 years and Randy applied it retrospectively to my 9 year old pedal. So I have only good experiences to report of my dealings that business. Everything has been very straightforward too. No hoops to clear.
