I think the problem you're going to run into is that most everyone who has the pedal loves it, and would most likely only sell it if they had a real financial need. They may seem kind of expensive to buy new, but it's totally worth if you're having any trouble with feedback. I recommend it be one of the first pedals someone gets.
EDIT: Do you own a HarpKing amp (I'm asking because of your user name)? If so, it should already have the exact same anti-feedback feature built into the amp itself.
