This was one of my first attempts at distance recording, middle of last year, when this pandemic was just getting underway. I learned a lot from the process. Timing can be really tough in these situations. Recording to a click track doesn't allow for much spontaneity. After this, we figured out the best approach is that if, at least, the bass and drums can be recorded at the same time, in the same room. With that as a bedrock, it's easier to pull the other tracks together.
