Found a bunch of old photos and put them to a couple of current 1 man band songs. Lots of photos playing with some famous/not so famous people. Recognize any of them? I don't understand the movie making process as it kept deleting a lot of the photos for some reason. Anyway, nothing like cruisin in one of my old caddy's with Jimmy Reed

Cool opening track Walter! I noticed each photograph duration was 7 seconds and this is the default duration in Windows Live Movie Maker. If you are using this program the best thing to do is this:-

1. Decide how many photos you want to use in the Video i.e. say it's 20
2. What is the duration of your song in seconds. For simplicity say it is 60 seconds
3. This means each photo will run for 3 seconds
4. Drag or add your photos into Movie maker and click on the Video Tools EDIT Tab if it's not already showing and change the duration from the default 7 seconds to 3 seconds.
5. Next add your song to the start of the photos and the end of the song should line up with the last of your photos.

Say your song is 120 seconds long and you have 33 photos, then 120/33=3.64 seconds each photo, so having added all your photos click on duration down arrow so the duration value is lit and type 3.64.
To play safe after I've done this and before I've added the song I generally click on the last photo and change the duration on the last photo in this case to 4 or 4.5 so the photo continues a little after the end of the song, as I have found that if the overall photos duration is slightly short of the song length the program clips a bit off the end of the song.
