in late Spring, I ordered a couple of custom harmonicas from Joe Spiers. It was the first time I had done something like that. He was very helpful, his estimated delivery times were dead-on, and the products are great.
I am finally playing musical overblows(including overblow bends/vibrato!), with no compromises that I have experienced. No choking reeds. Every hole very responsive. Don't need to be gentle.
Super happy. I'll definitely be ordering more.
I also more recently ordered a couple of Wilde Tuned harmonicas, and some other items, from Will Wilde's site.
I have to say that the customer experience was exceptional. I had some questions/concerns and received prompt helpful communications from Will.
Very pleased with my purchases.
People are often quick to complain about bad experiences - just wanted to applaud the great experiences I have had.
