I'm looking for 8 Hohner Marine Band Classic (1896) plastic boxes.

I have decided to start keeping my harmonicas in their boxes rather than in a dedicated harmonica case. I have found boxes for most of them, but unfortunately I threw out some of the old ones I had.

Does anyone have 8 spare ones they don't want or need?

Does anyone know where I can acquire some from?

I looked on Harponline but didn't see any. Maybe I was just on the wrong page?

I'd prefer to get them either in the UK or Europe as it's just a little easier and quicker than getting them from across the pond.

You can contact me on: paulandrewroutledge AT googlemail.com or of course via this thread.

Thanks

Paul

My laptop charge has broken (battery now at 10%) so I have ordered a new one. Will be offline for a couple of days most likely whilst waiting for it to get delivered. So if anyone responds to this thread it may take me a few days to get back to you.

Phew! managed to do a temporary fix to my laptop charger while I wait for the new charger to arrive.

Thanks for the link Pimpinella.

Jfllr1, thank you for the kind offer. I think I have found a source for some boxes. I'll keep your kind offer in mind in case anything goes wrong though if that's ok.

Andy,

Thank you for the kind offer. I think I have some coming but if it falls through I'll give you a shout.

I'm up in Lancashire.

The reason I'm going back to boxes is just out of convenience, so that I can carry all my harps, mics (harp and vocal, amping up, etc) cables, delay pedal, etc in a small backpack.

Then I only have to carry that, a mic stand and my amp. That way as well, I can put the boxes on my amp and have the keys I need at hand and also take up a little less stage room.
