Every year in August, SPAH, the Society for the Preservation and Advancement of the Harmonica, holds a convention for around 500 attendees, somewhere in the United States.
This year, the convention is online as SPAH Week, from Tuesday, August 11 to Saturday, August 15, with:
–– Daytime seminars from some amazing presenters.
–– Afternoon concerts from a variety of harmonica players
–– Evening concerts featuring top names in the harmonica world
–– Awards given to honor excellent players, teachers, and people and organizaios that have served the harmoncia community with distinction (more on that in a separate post).
That was very professionally done. I hope it stays up on youtube for awhile. I'd like to go back and take some notes. The Republicans and Democrats can only hope to do as well.
