So I’ve been looking for a harp amp that can stand the rigors of the road and that can also sound goo at most volumes and in most venues. It finally came down to an Avenger or this one. I liked the Wezo more because it elicits a more PA head tone while the Avenger is more like a Bassman, a sound I like but don’t really love. I love the crunch and mids of a PA head plus how unruly they can be.

Well, here it is. Perfect condition. I made a few clips. One is right in front of the amp while it’s on three on the “fat” mode with the bass cranked and pad to the left (most compression and feedback fighting). The second video is from the same time but outside my place; this is the back of the amp outside a wall and window. The third is at night on low volume on the normal setting at around 8 o’clock volume and no pad. The one setting I didn’t show is aggressive, which is both modes mixed. The dirtiest. The other modes are cleaner but the amount of dirt depends on volume, pad, and where your tone controls are. Keeping them low keeps the amp clean.

I already love this thing. It’s truly a work of art. If you like the sound of a Masco, Bogen, or small amp Megatone kills it!

You're sounding good Zack. I was trying to sync up clips 1 and 2 to see what it would sound like played simultaneously.

Same microphone on all three recordings?

Ridge, exact same mic. Yeah it’s tough. In front being so close it sounds super cutting. It is in a small room with a carpet then traveling to a room with wood. The outside sound is huge.
