Hey there,
Trying my hand at transcribing - starting with the introductory 4 bars in "money" from the mood room album:
I've got
1 4 1 4 4+ 3+4+3+4+ 3 2 3 3"
so far, and it sounds like it fits, but the 3" isn't right somehow.

Anyone done this?

Thanks
Andy

Hi there, just had a look at this. Picked up an A harp and it seemed to fit. Got this but it wasn't that easy to figure out right off the bat. This is what I got. -1-4,-1-4 -4*-3**, -4*-3**-4*, +4+1+4-3

I knew it came out too easy! I guess I get to work on hitting those bends cleanly now.
Thanks for the input!

If you're not hitting the bends cleanly, there's a 99% chance that you're playing way too hard and most people who play too hard have bends that are far from accurate quite frequently.

Will keep that in mind - my biggest problem is that I started playing tongue blocking many years ago, then switched to puckering recently, as I found the bends were much easier to hit that way. Now it has become obvious that TB gives better tone, but the bends are more elusive.
Thanks for the hints - much appreciated.

Cheers
Andy
