I will be going to the International Blues Challenge for the first time. I will be with some friends. Some of them are more Elvis fans than Blues fans. I plan to get a "pass" for my self, but I want to advise the others about purchasing a "wrist band" to get into the night time performances.
Who can give me any advice about buying wrist bands to attend the night performance?

Jim, I've never attended, but I'm typically of the thought that if I'm attending something where "upgrading" to "premium" has any potential for enticing me or that I could later regret NOT doing, I tend to spend the money. That's not to say I don't try to save when I can, and am not one to pay the extra 20 bucks to get the early hour at the beer tasting, or another $100 to gain five rows to the edge of the stage footlights, but for something that will access you performances and a whole nuther phase or window of opportunity (which is how I read it), I have no idea what the cost increase is, but I'd say do it and don't risk regret. My two cents, of course. Opinions and sphincters.

Unless things have changed, you could buy a pass for individual days or a wristband that gets you in for the entire 3 days including the finals.
