Hi all you reed players-- Saw in the LA Times that there is a new audio release, "Becoming Peter Ivers", by that wacky fellow from the 80's who was murdered--for those of you who don't know, he was a pretty darned good harmonica player, and according to the trusty ol' Internet, "respectively mentored by blues legend Little Walter and jazz bassist Buell Neidlinger while he was a student at Harvard in the late 60s". I know about Buell because he appears on one of his albums--here's a harmonica cut from one of Peter's solo albums . . . https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=udXjcZFYxQg Has anyone heard the new release, and is there any harmonica on it?
