When u don't have time to find AC on stage or its far away
or as back UP battery "THAT U DON'T HAVE TO OPEN PEDAL UP TO USE-USE THE AC PLUG IN ON PEDAL,W/THE BATTERY----VERY QUICK

On the blues cruise, u need to set up fast---I want my "Lone Wolf Delay" Lone Wolf "Harp Shield" for sure ,
whether using an amp or DI box. i keep battery back ups that u use in the AC plug in, on pedal, rather than opening up pedal to put new battery in

I use 1] 6" 9 VOLT cords and
2] 6" 18 volt for my "Harp Attack"

If I luck out and get to do more than 2-3 songs at the jam and im worried about my batteries, I can "QUICKLY" use the ac on pedal with new battery---rathur than unplugging patch cords, then opening pedal, then putting new battery in---u just plug new battery w/cord in
Granted always better w/ delay to use AC and or new battery in pedal--but even then its good to have as back up

At any rate here is an 9 volt example of what I mean---I bought one for 18 volt as well
