Are there any double sided screws (like the ones on the Crossover coverplates) that fit the Special 20 coverplates? I'm sick of struggling to put those tiny nuts back on the Special 20 screws.

I've had success with a few options...

MS cover plate screws - they work fine but you first have to enlarge the holes in the Special 20 cover plates a little bit. The same is true with Crossover cover plate screws - they work after enlarging the holes on the Special 20 covers.

Blues Benders - though a cheaper harp, the cover plate screws are great and will fit perfectly on Special 20s, without having to do any prep work.

Rockin' Ron - he has a few options that will work, including some Seydel cover plate screws I believe. I'd e-mail him, as I'm sure he could tell you what works. It may even say so on the site.

Hope this helps!

Everybody likes you Todd, you play great and you are a kind person—honest, but kind—it’s a rare combination.
