in this DVD rick demonstrates some techniques he uses as a brilliant blues harp player that he is...….he really believes in listening to harp players and it reflects his demonstrations......he does not teach you how to pull off his demos.......he feels like if you listen then you can figure it out yourself...….I highly recommend this DVD......this man is a ringer

It’s a great DVD, but it isn’t a substitute for listening to a ton of music. Rick is a master in playing what fits. The only way a person can learn that is by listening to a ton of music/players and experimenting with it.

Rick gives really good lessons on Sonic Junction - good educational web site for harmonica and all other instruments as well.
