I just heard the part about players each sounding different, even when being taught by the same instructor.
That is one of the reasons I enjoy SPAH and HarmoniCollege: beyond the technical skills and knowledge level of each player, most players each approach the music differently, and that difference in sound (to me) makes it very interesting.
