This is my take on "Hang On Little Tomato" by Pink Martini, from my show this past Monday night at the Cutting Room in NYC. I'd never performed it before, and we only rehearsed it once (that afternoon). In fact, I'd never even played with these guys at all before that rehearsal. They're excellent.
It's pretty low for me so I might try to find a different key to sing it in... but this was so much fun. What a great song by a great artist. (Thanks to my bud Jeffrey Valenty for the camera work!)
