I don't know the specifics of your full gig setup so can't say tbh.
If it's down and to the left why do you need to see over it? You just need clearance to the side, don't you?
You should be able to figure that out from the video, especially the guitar/harp jam at the end, and just see if that fits your own context. FFwd to ~33':33"
There's always going to be some sight blockage going on when you have a harp rack on, but the more minimal the setup is the less distance you have to shift to get a clear view. This combo is the most minimal I've found so far for amplified rack harp.
If you just want to play harp direct into a vocal mic it will be even more minimal. See ~28':30"
