I have a twelve and a half hour overnight lay over in the Denver airport on Sunday, August 12. It was unavoidable.
I was thinking about heading into Arvada for Ziggy's jam. Does anyone here attend that jam? Is it worth my trouble to get out there? Or is there a better jam in the area, someplace else?
I'd put this in the Jams forum, but it's not a jam announcement, so I think it might not be appropriate. Also, no one checks that forum, I think. ---------- Marc Graci YouTube Channel

Hi Marc I spend the summers in ME and the winters in CO and have a house in Arvada just a couple miles from Rock A Billy’s where the Ziggies jam is held.
I’ve attended other jams but Ziggies is one of the best. It start at 7pm and I’ve seen as many as 8 harp players in the queue (and as few as 2) so you want to get there early for sign up. The musicians are generally very supportive and encourage all levels of play. If you sing, there’s a checkbox for that.
Carla, who created Ziggies Presents after the original Ziggies location closed last year, is a great person. Please say “hi” from “Dr. Bob” from Maine if you see her.
Enjoy
