Continued from my original thread titled PMR 6x9. Farewell $#@@&^ photosuckit. Got that off my chest. Here are some pics of my amp that was originally a 1980’s Fender bass amp. It’s now a LW 6L6SE w/VRR control with a Vintage47 6x9 speaker.

Good job. How do you like the sound? I built one out of a cheap Chinese ‘champ-style’ amp. I like it up to a point. I think the preamp idea has good points and not so good points. It’s a good project I think, in demonstrating the effect of putting the tone and volume between the preamp and power amp.
Didn't think it would ever be finished. I really like the sound a lot. The Akai DM-13 mic I recently bought was worth more than I paid for it. I'll post some sound files soon. Hopefully my playing ability is good enough to make the demo worthwhile. ---------- Future location of my really cool signature.
