Okay, crowd-sourcing time. I'm looking for new venues to play. I haven't toured nearly as much in recent years... but with my kids getting older and local gigs getting thinner, I'm ready to get back out more. I'm focusing on two sets of priorities:

1) First and foremost, I am looking especially for venues in other parts of Mississippi, Arkansas, Louisiana, Alabama, Florida, and Tennessee (especially Memphis). These are my top priority right now.

2) I'm looking farther away as well, for future reference. Focusing especially on Colorado, Texas, California, the northeast/mid-Atlantic, Canada, and overseas. This is a lower priority in the short term but a big priority long-term.

For any of these locations... If you have ideas and/or inside contacts, please list in comments or message me privately (my first name, followed by the at sign, then scottalbertjohnson then dot and com). I'm especially looking for places that would work well for a duo gig. Thanks for any help you might be able to provide!

Can you link to some PR to represent what you do?

Lanois, also one of my favorites.
The duo thing is my main deal these days too - it's so much fun. I still do the big band thing as well. I could help with some shows in my neighborhood, Apalachicola, Florida. It's panhandle east of Panama City. Crazy cool coastal small town. Money is typical but it is pretty much 7 nights so perfect for routing. We can PM details if/when you want.

Littoral: Yeah, definitely interested in that... can combine it with other Gulf Coast gigs. Email me when you can... use scojoharp, on the famous Google system we all love so much. Thanks very much!
