Ok in a previous post I referred to the modern intermediate legend Jason Ricci as Jason Richie. While this was subtle humor I would have expected the many her to understand this was not a misspelling of his name it was a deliberate pretending of understanding of how the intermediate legend name is pronounced. Please don't make me have to explain my day one humor to you again yawn.

(cut and pasted from another thread)
Jason Richie is Lionel's younger brother, and took Lionel's place in The Commodores when Lionel went solo. Jason couldn't sing as beautifully as Lionel, but covered the harmony parts as well as the on stage dance routines needed for this type of Motownish act. Jason became well known for doing the dance moves on stage while wearing a harp rack with tiny wireless mic mounted in order to play all those amazing Commodore harmonica solos from their early records.
Who could forget "Brick House" and that stunning harmonica introduction. I know I can't. ---------- The Iceman

"Please don't make me have to explain my day one humor to you again yawn." Now you're perilously close to sounding like a jerk, sharpharp. I suspect the humor has been depleted here and and mere egocentrism has replaced it. ---------- Ted Burke

aw, sharpharp. don't take criticism here too hard. I didn't think you sounded like a jerk - maybe a bit impatient with some of us, but that is to be expected when dealing with us peasants sometimes.
