The tremolo is the most commonly used harmonica in Asia. The Asian tremolos have a "dry" tuning, where reed pairs are tuned closely together, in contrast to their European cousins, which generally have a much "wetter" tuning. Tombo, the Japanese company responsible for the Lee Oskar model, are the leading Asian tremolo harmonica manufacturer.
Seydel have now thrown their hat into the ring, releasing a high quality Asian style tremolo harmonica, with stainless steel reeds. It's called the Skydiver, the Tony Eyers Trio use it here for the tune "Mominette"

I enjoyed the tune and got a kick out of the youtube commenter who didn't recognize that this is Tony playing all three harps. Priceless.
"What a great tune, I must admit that I LOVE your videos guys, it's Brilliant, bringing the harmonica Ensemble into the modern age. One small comment here, only as constructive criticism if I may...? The chord player is clearly struggling to keep up with the melody. You melody- guys need to Follow the chord player, not the other way around. Maybe it helps to put the chord player in the middle. Sorry Gentlemen, I'm not saying I could do better, just an honest observation of mine.?
Reply HarmonicaAcademy HarmonicaAcademy2 days ago Hi. We've been thinking the same, we've asked the chord player to lift his game.?"
