On YouTube you click "Share" then "Embed" and then copy (Control C) the highlighted link. Then on the forum you write what you intend to say, then paste (Control V) that link into your post. You will see text for the embedded link. ***
Once you have saved your post the YouTube embed text is gone and the video will show up.
***For safety, so you don't accidentally lose your post, before saving you should select all in your post (Control A) and then copy the entire highlighted post (Control C). That way if the security code blocks you because you were too slow, and you lose your post, you will still have your whole post with the embedded video on your clipboard, and you can paste (Control V) the whole thing into the blank message box for another try.
