Has this video been shared here? If so, my apologies. If not, you're welcome! This is what I call keeping the blues alive.

I was visiting Byron Bay a few months ago. He plays at the market areas. Even more entertaining in person. An Ozzie treasure this dude.

Happy Australia Day to all the Aussie contributors to this site! I was fortunate to get to live down under - in Fairlight NSW, just behind Manly Beach - from 1995-1997. A great country full of great folks. Only wish I'd made it to Tassie.

Anybody got harp tabs for Khe Sanh?

Great stuff. I snorkelled at Fairlight last weekend Sundancer. Saw a flounder on the bottom trying to blend in.

Juzzie Smith is easily the most successful busker I've seen. I met him some years back at the Tamworth Country Music Festival. While the rest of us were struggling to pull in $15/hr on Peel St, the busking strip, he seemed to be earning thousands, with a constant line at his CD desk, run by a full time sales assistant.

All the while, I was selling my usual 1 or 2 CDs per day.

Juzzie has a simple but very effective harmonica style. Since I last saw him, quite a few years back, his act has evolved. In particular, he has become highly skilled with percussion. Deceptively simple, until you try it for your yourself.

He's also become an Youtube phenomenon, with clips like the one above garnering millions of views.

Whatever Juzzie has, it's worth bottling and sharing around.
