Spent some time with The Fabulous Thunderbird's Strong Like That album today, and reminded myself that I am thankful for Kim Wilson.

Although I love Kim's amplified tone, songs like "You're Gonna Miss Me" and "Smooth" are also reminding me of how thankful I am for top tier acoustic playing.

Just for the record: In response to a recent post that brought to light the sleaziness of listening to music that has been uploaded to YouTube, instead of paying for it, I have since purchased this album. :)
