I'm 47 and this year I got a cavity and I have a cracked molar I have to get fixed. I had been using a Phillips Sonicare electric toothbrush, but I wasn't using it in the best way. I talked to my dentist, and she gave me some tips on better technique. She also talked me into using ACT flouride rinse once a day.

I recommed the Sonicare. I use it twice a day with regular toothpaste. It's work, like a part time job, but worth it. I'm not posting to chastise anyone into better dental care - I just want people to know that there is a good tool out there, and, just like the harp, with good technique, you can get positive results.

So here's my tip - buy a Sonicare instead of your next harp. About the same price, and you get to stick it in your mouth just like a harmonica.
