Alright, alright, probably about time for someone to ask about delay pedals.

I did search this forum and looked at the suggestions.

I am looking for an analog delay, and right now I am leaning heavily towards the Artec SE-ADL (it sounds good on youtube and it is cheap) and the Ibanez AD (really like the sound on youtube).

However, I decided to take a look at the Lone Wolf harp delay, and it does sound nice form the couple vids I have seen. However, I fool around with several different instruments (namely guitar and bass, although I might try my hand at the pennywhistle again or even vocals) and want to make sure the pedal is versatile enough to be able to work with whatever dumb thing I try to do. Has anyone tried running a guitar through this pedal?

Also, by any strange happenstance has anyone owned botht he Artec and the AD9? Or all three? How do they compare with each other? (for harp, or guitar, or whatever you used it for). Apparently Asking for a comparison between anything other than a boss and something else it too much for youtube...

Thanks in advance, guys.

There's plenty of better "delay experts" than me around here, although I prefer to use a delay all the time... but I'll throw in two cents: whatever pedal you buy, make sure to try it out with your preferred rig & chain of effects. Pedals perform differently when played through different amps or chains. I have one analog and one digital delay. Sometimes I take the analog because it's much lighter than the DigiTech.
