The trip went great and I really enjoyed playing with Eddie in Bristol. I actually wrote a long post about my trip in another thread. Eddie is a quadruple threat: vocals, guitar, harp, and percussion. Extremely nice guy, too. He drove up in a van--not a new one--and he had a LOT of stuff to load in, and out. At least four guitars in cases; two amps. I helped him load out. He's a friendly, relaxed guy and we had a great time. The club was a bar/restaurant, basically, with a full house outside on the mild evening. Giles Robson and Jon Vaughn showed up and we got all four of us on stage for a while at the end. Does anybody have video?

@harmonicanick
That doesn't sound like any Zappa quote I've ever heard.
Where does that one originate?

@minor It's not actually a quote but words from a preamble to a song, and I can't remember the source, it sorta goes like:
Information is not knowledge knowledge is not wisdom wisdom is the kingdom of the wiz
bit of misquote but hey Uncle Frank was the best..
