Yup--Rockin Ron is THEE best
Ordered a G Suzuki Chromatic on Saturday and it was here in Miami today ( monday ) by 10 am
He had even called me to make sure I got the right key
Plays smooth and loud.
Believe it or not- tone is not as sweet as my Swan 1040
However it is a very nice harp
Oh yeah I am now addicted to Chromatic so effen thanks guys for getting me hooked
Playing third position is easy and stuff like Summertime and st louis Blues is a natural by ear- not to mention country stuff

YES!!!
I ordered 3 items on 4/27. The two in stock items shipped 4/27, received 4/29 in Urbana, IL.
Outstanding!
The one item that was a brand new product couldn't be shipped that day (1847 Low covers), but has now shipped, and tracking says it should arrive today!
Every time I order from Ron I am amazed. His service is the best online business I have ever experienced.
EDIT: I got my 1847 low covers to put on my Low F harp! They are deep!

Ron's has the best customer service of any company I've dealt with on the internet. Or in person. Absolutely the best.

Yup. Ron is killer. He always makes sure your good. His shipping is ungodly fast. The only time i didn't get my order in a day or two was this last time i ordered. I just so happened to order something out of stock. An 1847 Classic in C and a set of G reedplates. But just so i didn't have to wait for the items to get to him and then for him to ship to me. He went out if his way to get seydel to send them to me directly.
Also I ordered a Bushman Delta Frost from him. Long story short, I wasnt really happy with it. But it is what it is. I mentioned in a post on here how i was not really happy with it, but ofcourse i didn't mention who i bought it from. Because what does that matter? Ron was reading the forum that day and remembered i had recently ordered one from him. So he contacted me and asked if the one i was unhappy with was the one he had sold me. I told him it was, but i wasnt worried about it. He insisted that (with my permission ) he would give my info to John Hall at Bushman and John would sort it out. John called me the next morning. He explained that (as i had expected) I just got a lemon and that he wanted to send me another harp. I haven't recieved it yet, but when i do i was planning on writing about how cool it was of him. But this thread came up so i figured ide share.
Anyways Ron is Unbeatable in my Book. I wont but from anybody else.

He's a hard worker and very meticulous. We sometimes have email threads about my products go on for 10, 20 or 40 replies because Ron wants to make sure every detail is as it should be.
Ron, no, it doesn't drive me nuts; I appreciate it!

BTW ... IM NOT FAR BEHIND YOU. Im not getting it as good as you apparently, but it does seem relatively easy to figure out.

I am fortunate that Ron's is on my way home from work so I can arrange to pick things up in person. Reading the comments here, I think I might get them faster if I had Ron ship them! :-)

I have heard nothing but praise for Ron. My own experience is the same. My orders were usually delivered within 6 days, San Diego to Tasmania...sometimes it takes longer for me to get a parcel from Melbourne. Always great service too, as described above by Andrew and KHz, sets the bar for after-sale service .
