Hi Snowman
Killa is right. I took a screen shot of the Audacity wave form I was looking at on my PC screen. The Print screen key can be found as PrtScrn key on the top right of the keyboard. You then open up an images editor (I use a free download program called Irfan view). You may already have an image editor.
Anyway when it's open click on edit and paste and your pic will appear.
I usually crop the picture to just have the part of the picture I want to show people and I do this with the Irfan view program. I then name and save the file to my PC and then open dropbox and copy and paste the file into the Dropbox public folder.
When it has uploaded, right click on it and select 'Copy Public Link'
Then open the message box on MBH and type the following:-
<img src="Insert your dropbox public link here between the quote marks">
So remove my instruction between the quotes and right click between the quotes and select paste and your Dropbox public link will appear. Post your message and the picture will be there.
This is my public link below for one of my Audacity Waveform pics, so yours will look something like this but with your own reference.

This next bit you don't have to do but sometimes the photo comes out huge on the forum page. If that's the case Using Irfan I resize the image by clicking on Image on the top left of the screen then choose Resize/resample and choose 640x480 or 800x600.
These things are always tricky to describe in depth and it looks long winded but it's pretty straightforward.
Hope it helps.

Ahh. I always wondered how people resized their pics. SuperBee often says a photo needs to be embossed. Which is funny, but i never knew how to do it. I'm sure i can get my phone to do it somehow. ---------- "Trust Those Who Seek The Truth. Doubt Those Who Say They Have Found It."

Killa. My phone is set to take a high resolution photo 8M which produces a whopping image at 3264x2448 but I can go into phone camera settings and change resolution to take a photo at 0.3M which produces a photo at 640 x 480 (around postcard size)
