I know from experience and from pros telling me that when it comes to doing taxes as a musician, especially as a pro, none of the tax software really is truly adequate and every musician is better off getting them done by a tax accountant that specializes in the entertainment industry because tax laws constantly change, not only from the Federal government, but from state to state, county to country, city to city as well and those guys are pros that keep up with it and often can find deductions you may not be aware of an often the money you save far outweighs the cost (and that cost 100% tax deductible). A musician friend of mine, after years of trying to do it himself, finally broke down and got one, and the accountant had him look over his taxes from the previous three years and wound up getting an extra $3500 back that he fully and legally entitled to but didn't know about. ---------- Sincerely, Barbeque Bob Maglinte Boston, MA http://www.barbequebob.com CD available at http://www.cdbaby.com/cd/bbmaglinte
