Yes that is a Quilter MicroPro 200-8 amp Andy's using. If you don't want to lug around a heavy 4x10 but still want a great harp sound and still be heard in a band, you consider one of these. Most of the recent YT vids I've seen of him he uses this amp, like here for example...
The Blues Cruise is on my bucket list right after dropping a 50" plus moose.
The Quilter sounds much better than going through the PA! For an SS amp its pretty good, but it still sounds like an SS amp.
