Helped me think more about the harps layout.

I usually work harp parts out on guitar first because its easier for me to visualize--absorbing your vid might let me leave that crutch behind

I hate most exercises. But for some reason im really diggin this one. Play it till its boring, i like that. Theres so much stuff out there i think i tend to move on to the next too quickly. I also think alot of what you said in the vid kinda brought me back to where i needed to be. Was kinda gettin lost in the sauce and needed to be reset. If that makes sense.
