I have searched sites like amazon for materials on harmonica sheet music and came up with quite a few options for books to buy- does anyone have any recommendations that they would like to offer-I want to learn both old and new school songs
Little Walter and Butterfield as well as newer songs rewritten for harmonica

I have the hal leonard little Walter book, and that's good. Nice range of tunes.

Hal Leonard's "Blues Harmonica Collection"
Hal Leonard's "Masters of the Blues Harp"

Both are good for transcriptions. Also, take a look at what Adam Gussow has in his store. They're not complete songs, but the head and the solo (the song's signature sound, really).

Hal Leonard does a line of harmonica play along books including a number of blues titles, as well as country, pop and rock.

You can see previews on Amazon and the Hal Leonard site.
