I have done several Skype lessons with Dennis, and he is a great teacher. We have covered pentatonic and blues scales in positions 1-3 and have worked through several Little and Big Walter tunes. My current homework is composing a 3rd position instrumental.
For scheduling, he has an online calendar that he uses to allow students to make appointments. He says he has students that are weekly, twice per month, monthly, and occasionally, so it seems to be pretty flexible.
