I'm looking to start busking and like playing acoustically. Can anyone suggest a good amp for the harp and vocals?

I like the Roland micro cube, but it only has one input; so maybe not the best for vocals and harp unless you sing through the same mic. Which is what I do; when you sing as poorly as me a little crunch helps.

I use the Roland BA 330. It is more than you need for just busking but it can go to the pub or club. My partner uses the AC-33 I think for his guitar. We do the harp/vox through the BA 330. It also make a handy place to put my harp case. Just the right height.

i busk with no amp.in philadelphia the police hassle you less without amplification anyway.however,i play racked harmonica and use a national guitar.
the vox is a very popular battery amp around here.and ,it lets you know when the battery is getting low.
i do own a peavey solo, which is really cheap, easily affordable.if you live near philly, you are welcome to borrow it. it has an XLR mic input and a 1/4 inch instrument input. . i have used it at small gigs and it did the job,but i never used it outside with the battery power.i used it outside,as a harp amp, with the power adapter and it was good. ---------- www.shakeylee.com

i think it would be fun to busk outside a music store and start by singing. when you get enough to buy a harp, you go in,buy a harp and busk with that. then by a guitar,or battery amp, etc, with your proceeds.
sometimes one doesn't make that much though :) ---------- www.shakeylee.com

I've recently started using a ZT Lunchbox Junior. I use an external 12 V sealed lead acid battery with it. This suits me, as the battery is easily replaced when it grows tired.
The amp is pretty small, and works really well. ---------- Tony Eyers Australia www.HarmonicaAcademy.com everyone plays...
