Does anybody blow bend notes while playing octaves?Can you blow bend hole 9 while also sounding the 6 blow on the left side? Have been playing fiddle tunes lately and thought about mixing in some blow bends this way.

Yes you can. Blues guys do it as well - Bill Clarke often did it, and Jason Ricci does it. I do it sometimes on fiddle tunes.

First learn to blow bend with a tongue block, best woodshedded on a low key harp (G or lower). Once you get solid at doing that, try doing it with a split.

By the way draw bends with a split are also possible, usually bending the low note in the split.
