Using breath dynamics to tune a harmonica.

A needle on a tuner bounces around as you play a note. It's not possible to tune with precision using just the tuner. You need to use your ears. Breath dynamics is another tool you can use to boost precision.

I've mentioned this before and have written about it but here's a real-life demonstration.



The other tool I use is the Five Cent Tuner. With it, you don't have to take the harp apart (other than take off the covers) to tune. It's the ideal tool to tune a Marine Band 1896 which is held together with nails.

Jinx, your one liners sometimes leave one hanging... Imo, embochuer, by itself, has little to do with tuning unless you include resonance and breath force in your definition of embochuer. Or is embouce something different? I'm not sure if the spelling either... Please elaborate.
