they've got the ol' Hullabaloo tv show look down - retro English rock band style.

good example of how harmonica is buried in the mix when band plays too loud, but entertaining nonetheless..

Harp had no cut. Couple of observations: I think harp can get louder before feedback with a stick mic than with most bullets. Also, using certain pedals in combination can provide better cut. If I engage the low speed on a Leslie simulator pedal (Strymon Lex or Hammond G pedal) and put it through a Vortex flanger with the "feedback" knob off and all other knobs at noon I can cut through very loud guitars without feeding back assuming I am using a decent size amp. Of course this sort of equipment set up won't give you that classic "Chicago" tone, but there are a lot of other interesting and musically useful sounds out there. You just need to think outside of the box.
