Where i live we hardly ever see old microphones up for sale.
But those old Bakelite radio microphones come up quite often.
Does anyone know what elements they generally used in them?Anyone tried them for harp?
Bit ironic that i have to ask as i was a radio operator when i did my National Service.
TIA
Wendell

While carbon mics seem most common for these handsets I've seen, some will have dynamic elements; plus you can often use the receiver earpiece as a dynamic mic.
