Finally...

Bought desktop microphone on line - arrived last Friday. Plugged it into my old computer. Seems to work.

Downloaded Audacity. Tried recording. My first ever sitting at home in front of computer recording. Nothing fancy, just a "test" file - 1 min or so. Seemed to work.

Had to export to mp3 file. Had to download another file to Audacity to do this. Seems to work.

Finally, uploaded to soundcloud. Seems to work.

fyi, most who have heard me play know I favored melodic line, attempts at seamless OB, unique approaches to ideas, etc.

Secretly, I have been practicing traditional TB and studying groove momentum only for a few years in order to bring this aspect to my arsenal.

Always a work in progress.

So, here it is. My Online Debut...

Grey Owl has it.

Not too hard to figure out if you have a head for where the bends live.

Exercises like this strengthen accurate bending to exact pitch, making even 2nd position blues sound better.
