Voting is underway for the British Blues Awards and in particular the category of Best Harmonica Player. The nominees are...

- Alan Glenn
- Paul Lamb
- Steve West Weston
- Trevor Steger (Babajack)
- TJ Norton
- Will Wilde

You can vote here:

To be honest I'm not sure how the nominees get decided as one or two of the guys named above, whilst competent in their own style, are not the level of harp player I would expect to see put forward as the best Britain has to offer.

I know he doesn't like this sort of stuff as he's far too modest but Steve Weston get's my vote. Top player and it was awesome seeing him play with Mud Morganfield recently!

Surprised Lyndon Anderson is not on that list. I guess I would lean towards Steve Weston.
