Just read "The Return of the Harmonica", from the Cratfmanship.net site. You can see the article here.

Essential reading for all of us, and shows the debt we owe to Steve Baker, Joe Filisko and Richard Sleigh for restoring Hohner quality.

It could easily have gone down the drain, and almost did.

Thanks for pointing out this interesting article. It is amazing how hard is is to convince top brass at a corporation that quality matters and the customers can tell the difference. I'm glad the message got though before the company folded.
