Musicians Friend is showing pictures of pre-MS Blues Harps in their advertisements. Have I missed something? Did Hohner bring these back?

I think I recall this happened before and caused some excitement but turned out to be an inaccurate representation of the goods for sale. I can't see hohner bringing that thing back. Edit: yeah, just 1 photo of the pre Ms harp, all the other shots are MS harps in the case and in the belt, the plastic cases are MS cases etc

Lots of the music stores do this with SP 20s too. They're still using the promotional photos showing the SP 20 Marine Band, but the actual product is the Progressive model.
Same sound, same reeds, different look. You can still find NOS SP 20s here and there, but you have to look around a bit. ---------- Marr's Guitars

It's a time-honored advertising tradition, apparently. I've got harmonica catalogs from the 50's that show mouse-ear Marine Bands that they quit making in the early 30's (maybe late 20's, I'm still not sure). People make mistakes - especially people in marketing!
