i have bought crystals in the past from jt30 dot com.
i do not know their present status.my purchases were years ago.

The crystals went out of production several years ago; good luck finding them. Modern copies use a Chinese-made element that simply doesn't deliver a sound as good as the original crystals.

Yes they have all been removed from mics -maybe with one or two exceptions. If you're looking for a new in a box old crystal? There are some out there I'm sure but they're rare as hen's teeth. And there's no guarantee they're any good. Many crystal elements have died juts sitting on the shelf.
