So Isaac Ullah has inspired me to renew effort at improving my vibrato. Thank you Isaac, you've really helped move me out of some ruts and given me some great new energy! I've been a member over at Sonic Junction, and in Jerry Pornoy's class on vibrato, he distinguishes between a "throat" vibrato, which is the "machine gun" noise we made as kids essentially, and what he refers to as an "adam's apple" vibrato-where he says the adam's apple bobs up and down.

I can't for the life of me figure out how to do this. Do any of you have any ideas/suggestions on how to develop this?

Thank you in advance.

I'd focus on the difference in sound instead of the Adam's apple part. I can produce all sorts of different vibratos but can't detect my Adam's apple moving.
